Build to Give: High School Homecoming Food Drive Showdown!

Overview:
Students from Port Angeles and Sequim High Schools will compete in a unique homecoming challenge to build large, creative sculptures using shelf-stable food like cereal boxes or canned proteins. Each grade (9–12) will create a sculpture, and the community will vote for their favorite by donating money—$1 equals 1 vote. The top class at each school will move on to a final round where the two winning classes of each school face off!

What’s at Stake:

  • The winning class at each school splits the funds they raised with their local food bank.

  • All food used in the sculptures will be donated to the Port Angeles or Sequim Food Bank.

  • The community gets to rally around youth, creativity, and hunger relief!
